About the Journal

Focus and scope

Simbiosis Educativa is an annual academic journal published by Enseña Ecuador. It receives empirical research and literature reviews on topics focused on strengthening educational systems.

Part of the purpose of Simbiosis Educativa is to expand the possibilities of publication in the academic sphere for students, teachers, administrative staff, and other members of the learning communities. There are no publication or submission fees. In this way, it takes up in-depth discussions on the systemic needs that exist in the region and the world to strengthen the capacities of educational personnel, improve access to quality education for children, and have a profound impact on communities.

The journal currently has two sections; one focused on the dissemination of academic articles focused on education; and the other for Editorials that seek to provide a space for the research advances in the Area of Measurement, Evaluation, Research, and Learning of Enseña Ecuador.

To generate a publication of excellence, those in charge of compiling, editing, and designing the journal are the members of the Enseña Ecuador organization, together with external collaborators.
