IA y liderazgo educativo: un análisis bibliométrico global

Resumen

Este estudio bibliométrico mapea la intersección entre inteligencia artificial (IA) y liderazgo educativo, revelando un campo en crecimiento exponencial, pero con significativos vacíos teóricos y geográficos. A partir de un análisis de 147 artículos de Scopus (2018-2025) mediante Biblioshiny y VOSviewer, los hallazgos muestran una producción científica concentrada en el Norte Global y una estructura intelectual donde la tecnología de la IA predomina sobre la conceptualización del liderazgo. Se identifica una brecha crítica en la literatura que aborde los dilemas éticos y prácticos que enfrentan los líderes educativos al implementar la IA, especialmente en contextos subrepresentados. Se concluye que el rol del liderazgo es un factor determinante, pero subteorizado, para una integración efectiva y equitativa de la IA. El estudio propone una agenda de investigación futura centrada en desarrollar marcos de liderazgo críticos, éticos y contextualizados para la era digital.
