Abstract

During the pandemic and under the teleworking modality, due to the restrictions by Covid-19, psychosocial risks became more common for people. These factors became very important due to the state of mental health of the teachers, who carried out their work from home and with more usual occupations than normal. To carry out the diagnosis, a questionnaire wasdeveloped based on a table of operationalization of variables, where theteleworking variables and psychosocial factors were raised for the formulation of the questions. The study population of a selected educational center was delimited and, in turn, the sample for its application was determined. The survey was sent online and unfavorable results were obtained in certain indicators, evidencing a high risk in psychosomatic factors, as a result of the teleworking activities organized by the educational institution.
