Revision Process
Each selected article will undergo a peer review process using the double-blind methodology detailed below.
Initial Review:
The initial step involves confirming that all files have been correctly submitted along with the necessary documentation.
-
First Stage:
Articles are reviewed by the journal’s associate editors specializing in content and style, who will determine whether each submission is:
a) accepted,
b) provisionally accepted with required corrections, or
c) rejected. To determine this, editors will use a rubric aligned with the IMRD format, assessing the quality of the article by its sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions.
For articles provisionally accepted with corrections, up to three rounds of review will be allowed, during which authors are responsible for making the suggested changes or providing justification for why certain changes are not applicable, within the established deadlines.
Based on this process, the editors-in-chief will make the final decision on whether the articles will be accepted or rejected.
-
Second Stage:
Articles that are fully accepted in the first stage will proceed to review by the Expert Committee, which will focus on an in-depth evaluation of the content and suggest any necessary corrections. While the experts will not use a specific rubric, they will be provided with the Guidelines and Author Guide. If corrections are needed, the articles will be returned to the authors once more. The Editors-in-Chief will ensure that the required changes have been made.
-
Third Stage:
All accepted articles will undergo a proofreading and copyediting process.
